Has my order been shipped?
We post every week day, the cut off point is 3.30pm & orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will go on the following working day.
When will my order arrive?
If you entered your email address & mobile telephone number you will get regular updates from Royal Mail alerting you on it's journey.
Can I amend my order?
We can’t guarantee this, as once an order is placed, it’s picked & packed. You can email email@example.com to ask though.

Can I exchange my order?
Of course, once you’ve returned your item(s) you will be issued with a credit coupon code to use on the site to order your exchange.
What time can I expect my delivery?
Royal Mail will be in touch to let you know of your delivery time.
What happens if my order is lost can I receive a refund?
All of our deliveries are fully tracked, traceable & insured.
Have you received my return?
Currently all returns must be quarantined for a minimum of 72 hrs & then fully sanitised. We cannot check during this period. As soon as your return has been processed we will be in touch with you. You can track your return yourself using the link.
I have seen a product but it no longer seems to be in stock?
If it’s no longer on the website it will not be repeated, we get new goodies every week to keep things fresh for our angels. If it’s still on the website feel free to sign up for the notify me option so that you’ll be first to know when it drops again & you can purchase it.
We hope you love your halo goodies but understand that sometimes you’d like to return something.
Please read the following in its entirety & carefully before proceeding.
We operate a STRICT 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends). Goods must be back with us by the 14th day. The returns period starts from the day your item is delivered. If you return or exchange items out of this time period, the items will be refused and sent back to the customer at your cost.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS FOR A FULL REFUND/EXCHANGE:
- SALE ITEMS/GOODY BAGS
- ALL JEWELLERY & ACCESSORIES. INCLUDING EARRINGS, NECKLACES, BRACLETS, HAIRBANDS, HATS, HAIRCLIPS, BAGS, HANDBAGS, CLUTCHES, BELTS, LINGERIE, NIGHTWEAR.
- SWIMWEAR WHICH DOES NOT HAVE A HYGIENE STICKER ON THEM
*Please include the original invoice/proof of purchase is in the parcel & write on it how you would like to proceed ie exchange, halo store credit.*
*Please parcel up your returns carefully and securely.*
Do note that we only accept returns or exchanges where;
- All the original labels, tags are still attached
- Not worn or damaged
- Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it
- Items are received back within 14 days from the date of delivery.
*Any shoes posted back to us must be in the original (undamaged) box supplied.*
If the items do not comply with the said points above the items will be sent back to the customer at your own cost.
Items left uncollected will be given to charity.
To return an item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise on how to proceed with your return.
Please note you are required to return unwanted orders using the postage link provided for you via email. Halo Boutique online will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure the tracked and recorded service provided by Halo Boutique is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
We will notify you by email once we've received and processed your return. This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

If you receive an item that is faulty our customer care team need to be notified WITHIN 48 HOURS VIA EMAIL with your name and order number. It is at our discretion if you are eligible to return your item for a refund or store credit. Faulty items returned without email notification will ONLY be refunded in a form of store credit. The return cost for fault assessment will be deducted from any store credit/refund you may be entitled to. We cannot confirm manufacturing faults via photographs, faulty items must be returned to us.
