Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your halo treat but we understand that sometimes you may need to return something.

please read the following in its entirety and carefully before proceeding.

We are more than happy to offer you store credit & help from our qualified personal stylist choosing something else. A personal service to ensure you have an item or outfit that fits, flatters & suits you perfectly.

We operate a STRICT 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends).  Goods must be back with us by the 14th day.  The returns period starts from the day your item is DELIVERED.  If you return or exchange items out of this time period, the items will be refused and sent back to the customer – you will be responsible for the postage charge for this.

Any refund you receive will not include your original postage or your return postage. Both will be deducted.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS FOR A REFUND/EXCHANGE:

– ALL JEWELLERY & ACCESSORIES. INCLUDING EARRINGS, NECKLACES, BRACELETS, HAIRBANDS, HATS, HAIRCLIPS, BAGS, HANDBAGS, CLUTCHES, BELTS, LINGERIE, NIGHTWEAR, SWIMWEAR

Occasionally we may off Free Postage deals. Please be aware that if you return any part of your order in which you used a code for free postage, the cost of the outgoing postage will be deducted from your Halo credit/refund.

We are unable to offer store credit or a refund for any any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

If you’d like to return an item you need to email us as soon as possible at halohelp95@gmail.com to arrange your return. We will send you a link to print your label. The £4.50 cost of first class recorded delivery, fully trackable, traceable and insured return will be deducted from your exchange/credit/refund along with any merchant fees as they do not refund them.

FAULTY ITEMS if you receive an item that is faulty our customer care team need to be notified within 48 hours by email with your name and order number. It is at our discretion if you are eligible to return your item  for a refund or store credit. Faulty items returned without email notification will ONLY be refunded in a form of store credit. The return cost for fault assessment may be deducted from any store credit/refund you may be entitled to. We cannot confirm manufacturing faults via photographs, faulty items must be returned to us.

DO NOT post anything back to us without notifying us and using the returns link provided by Halo Boutique as UNAUTHORISED returns will be denied & returned to the customer at your cost.

Once we receive your return it will be processed within 5-7 working days.

CLICK & COLLECT

we can also offer you the option of selecting the click & collect service this enables you to collect your order in store at our separate business Halo Boutique. Once your order is cleared and confirmed, we will email you to notify you that ‘Your order is ready to be collected’. All orders MUST be collected within 7 days from the date of the confirmation email. Please be aware that all orders collected from the boutique are bound by Halo Boutique store terms & conditions, which are :

Failure to collect your order in store will result in your order being cancelled.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Here at Halo we love to treat our customers and will run special offers through promotional codes from time to time. This code lets us know that the special offer should be applied to your order. Please read the full terms and conditions for the specific promotional code you are using for any further information.
