By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions before placing any subsequent orders.

Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your halo treat but we understand that sometimes you may need to return something.

Please read the following in its entirety and carefully before proceeding.

You must return unwanted items within 14 days for a refund or if your prefer we are more than happy to offer you store credit & help from our qualified personal stylist choosing something else.A complimentary personal service to ensure you have an item or outfit that fits, flatters & suits you perfectly.

We operate a STRICT 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends).  Goods must be back with us by the 14th day.  The returns period starts from the day your item is DELIVERED. If you miss the delivery it still starts from the day of attempted delivery. If you return or exchange items out of this time period, the items will be refused and sent back to the customer – you will be responsible for the postage charge for this. If you do not pay the charge when requested your goods will be given to charity or destroyed.

Using our subsidised returns link the return postage charge will be deducted.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS FOR A REFUND/EXCHANGE:

– GOODY BAGS /Clearance items

– ALL JEWELLERY & ACCESSORIES. INCLUDING EARRINGS, NECKLACES, BRACELETS, HAIRBANDS, HATS, HAIRCLIPS, LINGERIE, NIGHTWEAR, SWIMWEAR

Occasionally we may offer Free Postage deals. Please be aware that if you return any part of your order in which you used a code for free postage, the cost of the outgoing postage will be deducted from your Halo credit/refund.

We are unable to offer store credit or a refund for any any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

You MUST use our subsidised service to return items to us. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ANY OTHER WAY.

FAULTY ITEMS if you receive an item that has a manufacturing fault we are so sorry, our customer care team need to be notified within 48 hours of arrival using our CONTACT FORM with your name and order number.

It is at our discretion and only manufacturing faults will be considered. You may be offered a repair or replacement.

If we feel an item has been tampered with your item will be returned to you at your cost.

The return cost for fault assessment is the customers responsibility until the assessment has been made, if a manufacturing fault is confirmed & the garment is unfit for purpose we will refund your return postage costs. 

 We cannot confirm manufacturing faults via photographs, faulty items must be returned to us for inspection and if no manufacturing fault is found the return postage cost will be deducted from your store credit/refund if one is to be offered. We may need to return your item to you if no manufacturing fault is found or we suspect an item has been tampered with.

Once we receive your return it will be processed within 5-7 working days. 

CLICK & COLLECT ( CURRENTLY SUSPENDED) FROM 1-06-22

we can also offer you the option of selecting the click & collect service this enables you to collect your order in store at our showroom in Todmorden. Once your order is cleared and confirmed, we will email you to notify you that ‘Your order is ready to be collected’. All orders MUST be collected within 7 days from the date of the confirmation email. Please be aware that all orders collected from the showroom are bound by Halo Boutique store terms & conditions, which are :

Failure to collect your order in store will result in your order being cancelled.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Here at Halo we love to treat our customers and will run special offers through promotional codes from time to time. This code lets us know that the special offer should be applied to your order. Please read the full terms and conditions for the specific promotional code you are using for any further information.

Using the code is easy:
– Just shop and check out as you normally would
– When you get to checkout, enter your promotional code in the space provided.

All payments made on our website are processed via secure servers, and this ensures that we do not have access to any of your personal details such as bank account or credit/debit card information. 

Subscribers to our mailing list will receive periodic emails from us about our news, updates, sales and exclusive discounts. We will NEVER pass on any of your details, including your email address, to any third parties.
